You and your sweet brother were Buzz and Woody for Halloween. I could not deal. Lots of rain and tornado sirens didn’t make for fun trick or treating, but you were so darn cute, I couldn’t complain. We also went to the pumpkin patch where you explored mud and farm animals and a corn bin…which you immediately tried to snack on.
We also went to the least fun place ever at the end of this month – the hospital. Your poor eczema feet broke open and got a nasty infection. I took you to the doctor hoping for an antibiotic and a cozy weekend at home, but after some blood work we went over to the hospital for iv antibiotics where you stole.all.the.hearts. For being in such a miserable place and not feeling your best, you were such a trooper. You played and flirted with all the nurses and made me so proud and thankful for such a sweet, tough buddy…but let’s never do that again.
This part of the year flew by…which is obvious due to the pacing of these posts, but I have loved every slobbery minute with you. You are a big, heavy, mess, and none of us can get enough.
